We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was clean and bright, with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The location was perfect, right on the main street and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast in the main dining room had plenty of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the outdoor sitting area, perfect for breakfast and people watching in the evening.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Prince Albert Guest House during my recent trip to Provincetown. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The location of the guest house was perfect, right in the heart of town with bars, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. My room, a corner room on the ground floor, was spacious and well-appointed with a recently remodeled bathroom. I loved the comfortable bed and the cozy atmosphere of the guest house. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with a variety of choices. The owner, Paul, was friendly and attentive, making sure all the guests were taken care of. I had a wonderful stay at the Prince Albert Guest House and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Provincetown.

The location couldn't have been better, right on the bustling Commercial street, which made it so convenient to explore all the vibrant shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service and created a lovely homely atmosphere throughout our entire stay. We were impressed with the housekeeping, as our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including a welcome drink upon arrival, pet-friendly facilities, and a laundry service, which made our stay even more comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the beautiful terrace, where we could relax and enjoy our breakfast or sip on a glass of wine while taking in the stunning view. the hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a perfect choice for a luxurious getaway.

Stayed in the back room, #7, with a small patio off of it. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to relax and enjoy wine and chats on the patio in the evenings. The morning routine of coffee and a book was perfect. Paul, the owner, was fantastic and the wine and breakfast provided were delightful. Can't wait to come back!

We had the best stay at a beautiful B&B with the friendliest host. Our room was spacious, filled with natural light, and made us feel like royalty. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. We loved lounging on the great couch and enjoyed the complimentary drinks and delicious breakfast. We only wished we could have stayed longer. we highly recommend this amazing place.

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home during our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, making it convenient to explore the area. Another advantage was the comfortable and attractive room, that had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

One downside was the lack of environmental consciousness. the hotel heavily relied on air conditioning, which wasn't necessary for us as we preferred fresh air and open windows.
