We felt like royalty in that spacious room filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The complimentary drinks and delicious breakfast were a delightful bonus. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Stayed in the back room, #7, with a small patio off of it. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to relax and enjoy wine and chats on the patio in the evenings. The morning routine of coffee and a book was perfect. Paul, the owner, was fantastic and the wine and breakfast provided were delightful. Can't wait to come back!

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home during our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, making it convenient to explore the area. Another advantage was the comfortable and attractive room, that had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

One downside was the lack of environmental consciousness. the hotel heavily relied on air conditioning, which wasn't necessary for us as we preferred fresh air and open windows.

We loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. The service was exceptional, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From arranging last-minute car parking to providing recommendations for restaurants in P-town and even in Boston, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and cozy, and we were lucky enough to have a stunning view of the water from our window and a side porch to relax on. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
