We spent our xmas vacation in a hotel that had an unbeatable view, situated just blocks away from the restaurants and shopping area. the staff was attentive and available 24/7, providing assistance through WhatsApp chat for our every need, from last-minute reservations to an emergency doctor appointment. the hotel was in excellent condition, and the room was impeccable.

The associated beach that we visited did not have good service, and my wife had to wait for almost an hour before receiving the menu that she had requested.

From the second I checked in, it was clear this hotel was a step above the rest. The luxurious room boasted exclusive amenities and beautiful decor. The staff members were always on-hand to cater to any needs, whether it was in-room breakfast or reservations at their exquisite restaurant. The location advantages of the venue were unbeatable, within walking distance of Gustavia's shopping district. The Spa & wellness centre had a variety of treatments available for us to indulge in. my stay was exquisite and exceeded every expectation.

The lack of attentiveness at the associated beach, but that was a minor issue and had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The massage therapists were excellent, and the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation.
