The presence of a hotel dog and braying donkeys adds to the unique atmosphere.

The service is excellent, with friendly greetings and a personal touch from the owner. The food is exceptional, with themed nights adding variety. The pool area and bar are top-notch, and the shuttle service to the private beach is convenient. The complimentary afternoon tea and library add extra delight to the stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and they made an effort to know our names and preferences. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including a beautiful adults-only swimming pool that was 10 ft deep. The hotel is located on Nevis, the greenest and most laid back island in the region, and the converted sugarmill provided a unique and historic setting. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the stunning views from the hills down to the ocean were breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea by the pool. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel also offered free parking, which made it extremely convenient for us. the location of the hotel was also great as it was close to some key tourist attractions. the hotel also had a pool that was quite nice and well maintained.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of some members of the staff. They seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than assisting the guests.
