Room was massive and super clean, felt like a hotel straight outta a movie! The staff were all chutney-bomb fantastic, especially the bartender who helped us order some pizza. That surprise coffee the shuttle driver had ready at 4 AM was a life-saver, ja!

Not a major issue though.

The breakfast options were tasty, but I wish for a bit more variety. The room was clean and comfortable, with the King Suite providing plenty of space for my couple trip. Plus, check this out, my name was right on the TV—such a nice touch!

The suite was spacious, especially with the two queen trundle beds, making it great for groups. The frosted glass bathroom door looked classy, even if it caused a bit of a late-night laugh when the light turned on.

I was caught off guard when returning to an unmade bed and no fresh towels on my second day. it turns out you have to request daily cleaning at check-in—something I missed entirely. Also, the sound insulation isn't great. I could hear every person strolling down the hall, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the nightly parking fee wasn't disclosed clearly, adding an unexpected charge to my stay.

my stay at springhill suites was fantastic. the clean room and spacious layout exceeded my expectations after my previous visit in charlotte. the awesome staff, especially the bartender, made my evening walk enjoyable with great recommendations and a friendly smile.

Loved the spacious layout and cleanliness! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the bar area. The free shuttle service to the airport was a fantastic perk, making travel a breeze. Definitely a convenient spot near downtown, away from the noise.

Could improve breakfast selection a bit and maybe offer a complimentary parking option.
