I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Rodney Bay. I loved being right on the beach and being able to walk to the beach whenever I wanted. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfasts were delicious. I also enjoyed the great view from my room and the convenient facilities like the shuttle bus and pool.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit disappointing.

We had a great time staying at this place! The location is amazing with all the shops being within a 5-minute walk and buses to Castries just outside. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be coming back for a third time in the future. The room was perfect, close to everything that you need, and the service was excellent. We loved the variety of amenities available, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and even massage services. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

I had a very relaxing break at Bay Gardens Hotel. The spacious rooms were equipped with a fridge and tea making facilities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Although the rooms could use some redecoration, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the quality was top-notch. The shuttle service to the resort and beach was efficient and always on time. Speaking of the beach, it was absolutely beautiful with clear and calm water. There were plenty of beds and umbrellas available for use. The security staff at the beach were also very helpful. The water park looked like a lot of fun, although I didn't personally try it. The hotel is conveniently located near Rodney Bay, with various restaurants, bars, and shops just minutes away. All the staff at the hotel, from reception to housekeeping, were excellent - friendly, helpful, and efficient. The manager's welcome night on Mondays, complete with free rum punch, was a great touch. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend Bay Gardens Hotel.

I wish we could have gotten more than one key per room, as it would have been more convenient. Additionally, the rooms near the dining area could be a bit noisy in the mornings.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians like us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the fact that it was located right on Reduit Beach. The sun loungers and shade brollies provided on the beach were a great addition for a relaxing Caribbean holiday. The hotel's location near the mall and other stores and restaurants made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in this city. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Special mentions go to Steffy, Adri, Lydia, Yolanda, Alma.
