The hotel facilities are top-notch and the location is excellent. The village-style atmosphere is perfect for a beach vacation. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was included and additional food orders were reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was inviting and the resort is within walking distance of the beach and various activities. It truly feels like a home away from home.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay enjoyable.

One of the worst aspects was the quality of the food at the on-site restaurant. Although the service was outstanding, the prices did not match the quality of the food.

Clean and professional place, with its own pool in each unit. Fun restaurant on-site with breakfast included. Powerful AC, daily cleaning, and hot showers. Beach just steps away with comfortable rooms. Staff at reception and luggage handlers were friendly and funny. Great views and easy access to various restaurants and amenities nearby.

Great Choice in Orient Bay. We stayed here for 5 nights after a cruise and were a little apprehensive after being told the French side of the island still had a lot of visible hurricane damage. Fortunately, the resort is definitely ready for guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low, but the room had a great view of the water and the beach. The resort is located near Bikini beach, which was the highlight of our trip. The beach is clear and warm, with free lounges and umbrellas for guests. The beach bar and restaurant served great food. The resort is also conveniently located near other restaurants and shops.

Beach Access - The pathway leading to the beach was not ideal, as it ended in a construction zone. It was a tricky walk down a sandy and muddy hill to reach the beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Villa had its own private pool. Short walk to the beach. Room was spacious and bathroom was nice.

It was all superb.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort. The food was excellent and there were plenty of complementary facts that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We especially loved being so close to the beach and taking advantage of the easy beach access. The location was perfect and the ambiance was lovely.

The only downside of this hotel was the limited coffee and juice options. For the price we paid, we expected to have access to a variety of coffee and juice options that were not available.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better as it is right by the beach, with plenty of beach clubs and restaurants to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our check-in process quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a beautiful private patio and pool. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, L'Astrobale, and the poolside dining experience was perfect. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

We recently stayed at Esmeralda Resort for a short getaway and it was wonderful! The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the ability to order from the menu was a nice touch. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and private pools in each villa. The location was perfect, with the beach and local bars/restaurants within walking distance. Plus, being able to use the beach chairs at nearby spots was a fantastic perk. a truly enjoyable stay that we would highly recommend!

Nothing that I didn't like.

We recently stayed at a resort that exceeded our expectations. Esmeralda Resort provided us with a well-located and beautifully maintained property. The hospitality we experienced was top-notch, and the staff, including Chris and Rogers, went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The resort's proximity to the beach and beachside restaurants was a major plus. We loved the recently renovated rooms and the private pool was a great addition. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious and served in a picturesque setting around a pool. We highly recommend dining at the on-site restaurant for dinner, as the food was amazing!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the shopping area and just steps away from the beautiful beach. We had a blast exploring the small grocery store at Bikini beach, which was so convenient. The beach itself was stunning, with three separate beach bars and restaurants where we could relax in the sun with a refreshing drink in hand. The staff here were amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent service throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out.
