It was just an ideal choice for a weekend outing in Eagle River with good price-quality ratio. The bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep. Make sure to check if your room has a view to avoid disappointment.

Spacious rooms with direct access to the lake.

Our experience at Hiawatha Lodge Inn was unfortunately marred by several disappointing factors. The continental breakfast left much to be desired with mainly prepacked options, which felt inadequate for a lodge by the lake. Additionally, the key to the outside was tricky to use, and the room layout made it awkward to get out of bed, especially for the person on the wall side. We were hoping for a cozy experience, but some aspects were just not up to par.

Eagle River vibes 🌲🚤

Man, the room was huge with this lekker view of the lake! Super comfy king bed and that bathroom? Spot on! Plus, the owners were so chilled, made check-in a breeze and even had good recommendations for the local spots. The brekkie had hard-boiled eggs too, which I loved!

Just a heads up, the breakfast had its moments, like mostly pre-packed stuff, could’ve used so more fresh options, you know?

We had a fantastic time at Hiawatha Lodge Inn! Our queen room was spacious and clean, with direct access to the lake from one of the two entrances. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was recently updated, adding a nice touch to the older facility. We'd definitely consider coming back!

The continental breakfast could use improvement.

i woudl ve been ready to give 5 stars if not for the blinding sensor light in the bathroom that practically gave me a stroke, and the loudness of the locks that made entering feel like a circus. absolutely ridiculous! one would think complimentary upgrades are given for suffering through this, but no. just mediocre.

Yo, the spot was real spacious and the bathroom was up to date, good shower too. The bed hit that sweet spot. Ain't mad about the restaurant next door, food was solid. Just wish the breakfast had more options. The vibe was chill enough, though.
