The hotel's location on a stunning beach with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff truly embodies the spirit of the Caribbean. the superb room comfort, kind and attentive staff, and efforts to continually improve the quality of service make this a welcoming and special place to stay. the only minor drawback was a discrepancy in the food offerings not matching the menu descriptions, and limited charging points in the room for electronic devices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms being cleaned daily and well-maintained facilities. the location further down the bay offered easy access to a beautiful sandy beach and a bustling port. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was amazing! Loved the quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. the views of the palm trees and clear blue ocean were stunning. the spacious rooms had all the amenities we needed, including comfortable beds and great air conditioning. We enjoyed using the water sports equipment and the beach was just a short walk away. Plus, the staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met.

The pool area could use some improvements. the sunbeds were a bit uncomfortable and the area felt a bit outdated.

Wandering to find the spa was a mini adventure. the surprise of stumbling upon it added charm to our stay. the serene grounds truly felt like a grand estate. the beachfront jetty made boat trips a breeze. I'll suggest this hotel for its captivating ambiance and convenient amenities.
