The friendly staff, like Shenay hanim, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

One minor drawback is that the hotel is located in a lively area with nightclubs, so some noise can be heard even with the soundproof windows closed.

Spent Easter break at a hotel and had a fabulous time. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Loved the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast was a delight to wake up to. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed it every chance we got.

One of the things that were a drawback for us was the lighting in the room; it was not bright enough.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was amazing! The location was perfect, right in front of a busy taxi station convenient for tourists and in a lively neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops and the main street just a few minutes away. The service was great, the room was extremely clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the numerous amenities such as the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV with cable/satellite television. I also took advantage of the fitness center, rooftop pool, and spa & wellness center - all of which were excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff tried to accommodate all of my requests and made me feel truly welcome.

The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure that our needs were met. They were respectful and added to the overall quality of our stay. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning view. We also enjoyed the amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness centre, which had a sauna and jacuzzi. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and take in the view.
