We loved being right in the center of town, close to everything you need. The breakfast was copious and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nicely appointed and the rooms were immaculate.

The bed was too firm for our liking.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with everything within walking distance. It's incredibly convenient to reach the towers and all the main sights in San Marino City. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering good views over the city. They are a good size and very clean. The breakfast provided is a solid European continental breakfast. It includes a variety of meats, bread, fruit, and freshly made cappuccino. It's a great way to start the day before you head out to explore.

The breakfast selection could be improved, but for just one night it was sufficient.

our recent stay in san marino was amazing, but our experience at rosa was even better. the location was perfect with stunning views, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. highly recommend!

Great location in the heart of the city center, close to all the main attractions and with amazing views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our Christmas stay. The hotel offered convenient parking facilities, which was a plus considering the limited parking options in the area. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was a lack of variety in the food selection and the quality of the bread and pastries was not up to par. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surroundings.

One negative aspect of our stay was the bathroom in our room. The raked ceiling made it difficult to shower comfortably, as we had to sit in the bath to avoid hitting our heads.

The breakfast provided a good selection of cereals, ham, cheese, and pastries, as well as fresh fruit and coffee. the hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all excellent.
