I recently stayed at the M Hotel Al Dana and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the 24-hour shuttle service was convenient. The hotel has made improvements to bring guests closer to the entrance of the Haram. There is a great eating joint nearby with delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel restaurant also serves excellent dishes that can be customized to your taste. The staff, especially Mr. Mohammed Mushtaq, Mr. Hossam, Mr. Jamis, and Mr. Majed Siddeq, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The room service was also prompt and kept the room clean throughout our stay.

The bus service provided by Mohamed, the bus driver, was always punctual and reliable. Special mention goes to Ms Laila Barayyan, the duty manager, who assisted me in finding a coat I had left behind in my room. my experience at M Hotel Al Dana was excellent, and I would love to return in the future.

The property was very clean, quite and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, respectful. The young Saudi front desk staff offered to accommodate our request for rooms on the same floor. The Iftar manager at the restaurant was extremely attentive and made sure we were served and happy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly behavior of the staff. One particular staff member, Abdulrahman at the reception, was extremely helpful and polite. The shuttle service drivers were always on time and provided excellent service. Their commitment allowed us to attend prayers without any hassle. We hope the management can consider deploying an additional shuttle to lighten the load on these dedicated drivers.

One drawback of our stay was having to take two buses to and from Haram, with one of them being a paid service. This resulted in us having to spend a significant amount on taxis.
