Best Christmas experience! the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and a Christmas tree in the lobby. the staff were warm and welcoming, spreading holiday cheer. Loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies served in the evening, it made me feel right at home. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. a cozy and festive atmosphere.

Worst Christmas dinner. I was disappointed with the Christmas dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury with its exclusive amenities including a state, of, the, art Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool. the massage and facial treatments are top, notch, and the team at the Spa lounge are very professional and knowledgeable. the heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxation, and the sun loungers are comfortable and in plenty, ensuring maximum comfort.

Apart from this, everything was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, with private facilities to ensure maximum comfort to guests.

The newly renovated room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. It has definitely become my favorite place to stay in the city.
