Best Christmas experience! The hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and a Christmas tree in the lobby. The staff were warm and welcoming, spreading holiday cheer. Loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies served in the evening, it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. a cozy and festive atmosphere.

Worst Christmas dinner. The food was overcooked and lacked flavor.

As young people, we loved the helpful staff, exceptional breakfast, unique room key system, and the availability of chargers for Apple and Type C devices. The bed was super comfortable, and the city view was great. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the electronic features in the room. This hotel is an epitome of luxury with its exclusive amenities including a state-of-the-art Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. The massage and facial treatments are top-notch, and the team at the Spa lounge are very professional and knowledgeable. The heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxation, and the sun loungers are comfortable and in plenty, ensuring maximum comfort for guests. The restaurant serves delicious meals, and in-room breakfast is very prompt, and the staff is courteous.

The only minor drawback of our stay was the lack of leisure/TV room facilities, which resulted in us having limited options for indoor entertainment. Apart from this, everything was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, with private facilities to ensure maximum comfort to guests.

The newly renovated room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. It has definitely become my favorite place to stay in the city.
