Great value for money and clean accommodations in a convenient area, a short ride away from Masjid al-Haram. the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the mosque and is around a 15-minute journey by Uber. the nearby Pakistani restaurants, especially the one across from the hotel, serve delicious food, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The check-in process can be slow and inefficient, causing delays even when there are few guests present. Issues with access cards not working properly led to multiple trips to reception, wasting valuable time during the stay.

My access card had issues, needing reactivation multiple times during my stay. Luckily, staff assisted promptly each time. Beds were comfortable, and the room size was adequate. the location near Pakistani restaurants was convenient. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The pool parties and karaoke nights were lit! We had a blast chilling and dancing all night long. Our room was a cool hangout spot too. Best vacay ever!

The hotel had a cool Pakistani restaurant inside with yummy food at cheap prices; my suite room was huge and comfy with a speedy check-in and check-out process, plus they had plenty of parking and shuttle service. Wish they had a play area for kids in the hotel, though. Overall a chill spot with good vibes, just a tad far from the harram, but the 24h bus to Masjid al haram really saved the day! 🌟

the amenities provided in the apartments were convenient and the staff was helpful. the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, considering the high number of guests during the Hajj season.

We had a short and pleasant stay at Al Hidayah Towers in Azizia. the hotel's central location was convenient for our needs. the staff, particularly Ms. Elaf and Mr Ahmed Sujon, were exceptionally cooperative and provided excellent service. the value for money was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and competitive rates. We also appreciated the good shuttle service allowing for easy access to local restaurants.
