We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in KAEC. The location right on the beach was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed taking walks along the shore and exploring nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. We also loved the entertainment on the M floor, which kept our children entertained.

The hotel only had two elevators, which occasionally led to long waits to get back to our rooms or to the restaurant.

The dining restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot for relaxing. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle in the room were a great addition.

We had an amazing time during our city break at this hotel. the complimentary shuttle service to the beach and Juman park was a great addition to the facilities. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the marina and with a great view of the sea. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for taking a dip and relaxing.

the swimming pool is simply amazing, and the Sauna and Jacuzzi were very relaxing. the restaurant on-site served a delicious continental breakfast and the packed lunches were a lovely option to enjoy while exploring the garden area. The private facilities were great, especially the massage services provided me with the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. Cons: Unfortunately, the room's ventilation needed improvement, as it had an unpleasant smell. I had to request towels from housekeeping as there were not enough in the bathroom. this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious atmosphere and experience provided by this hotel.
