the staff, especially mr osama, was friendly and helpful. early check-in at 10 am was a nice touch. the eight elevators were always available. hot water and a bath were a plus, and our room had a boiler and refrigerator. the air conditioner worked well, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. the location was about a 15-minute walk to the main attraction, which was convenient for us. Cons: utterly satisfied 😊.

The room, HUGE! Elevators, so many! Loved the fridge & stove. But, the hike to the mosque? Whew, too far for Granny! Basil & Mohannad, my heroes! Hakim, the boss-man. Early check-out = no problem. Taxi at doorstep, perfect! Just needs better wifi, pronto! lovely stay, super quiet, and super nice folks. Would recommend and do it all again! Cheers! .
