Great location near Masjid Ayesha, helpful staff like Basil and Mohannad, Manager Hakim. Easy access to King Fahad gate.

Felt very well, no complaints whatsoever.

We found the hotel to be a clean and quiet place with friendly and knowledgable staff. the transportation options were convenient, with a direct road leading to a major gate, making it accessible for all guests. the hotel facilities, including the functioning elevators and reliable air conditioning, added to our comfortable stay. the location was ideal, being a short 15-minute walk to a major landmark.

Although the hotel lacked room service and accurate Wi-Fi, the comforting surroundings and accommodating staff offered a pleasant stay. the walking distance to the Haram and nearby markets made exploration convenient. the spacious room was well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the proximity to landmarks such as the Black Stone and Grand Mosque enriched our family bonding experience.

Plenty of space in the room; I felt like I had a whole suite to myself! the location is ideal, just a short walk away from the main attraction. I could even argue that the room was bigger than my first apartment!

the staff, especially mr osama, was friendly and helpful. early check-in at 10 am was a nice touch. the eight elevators were always available. hot water and a bath were a plus, and our room had a boiler and refrigerator. the air conditioner worked well, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. the location was about a 15-minute walk to the main attraction, which was convenient for us. Cons: utterly satisfied 😊.

The room, HUGE! Elevators, so many! Loved the fridge & stove. But, the hike to the mosque? Whew, too far for Granny! Basil & Mohannad, my heroes! Hakim, the boss-man. Early check-out = no problem. Taxi at doorstep, perfect! Just needs better wifi, pronto! lovely stay, super quiet, and super nice folks. Would recommend and do it all again! Cheers! .

The room was cozy with a flat-screen TV and comfy seating area, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. As an easygoing guest, I enjoyed the homey vibe it gave off.

No room service - missed having coffee and the room cleaned.

The kids absolutely loved the play area and interactive shows that kept them entertained for hours. the family-friendly atmosphere and helpful staff made our vacation memorable.

My wife says that investing in a small kitchenette would be great for families.
