The hotel was very clean, new, and luxurious. The gym and swimming pool were great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel also had a shuttle to the Mall of Arabia, which had a good food court.

Staying near the airport is so convenient. The free shuttle service was great and I saved both time and money. The room service here is top-notch, and the staff on the night shift were so hospitable and accommodating. I loved taking advantage of the spa facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and steam room. There were so many amenities in my room, from the mini-bar to the electric kettle, which really made my stay more comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

This hotel is a great value for money with all the basic amenities you need and more. The staff are super friendly and the location near the airport and mall is perfect. The rooms are well-equipped with a great coffee machine and a front view facing towards the Mall of Arab. Also, the breakfast is great with fresh fruit juices included.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, close to the airport and with easy access to Madinah road and other main roads. The room design was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the attention to detail, especially with the Loccitane bath set provided.

The breakfast at Casablanca Grand was exceptional with many options including fresh fruit and pastries. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my travels. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We recently spent a romantic getaway and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering us complimentary coffee and dates. The location was perfect, we were just a stone's throw away from various restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, and the electronic control screen made it easy to personalize the temperature and ambiance. We especially loved the fact that there was a TV screen inside the bathroom mirror where we could relax and watch our favorite shows.

It wasn't all positive. We were disappointed the valet service ended so early, which made it a hassle to park and retrieve our car after a night out.

The indoor swimming pool area is beautifully designed with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. Our rooftop pool experience was unique, with comfortable sun loungers and a spa centre located on the top floor. The location advantage of this hotel is impressive, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The leisure/TV room needs improvement as the furniture appeared to be outdated. But this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.
