The hotel was very clean, new, and luxurious. The gym and swimming pool were great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel also had a shuttle to the Mall of Arabia, which had a good food court.

The room service here is top-notch, and the staff on the night shift were so hospitable and accommodating. I loved taking advantage of the spa facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and steam room. There were so many amenities in my room, from the mini-bar to the electric kettle, which really made my stay more comfortable.

The room design was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the attention to detail, especially with the Loccitane bath set provided.

We recently spent a romantic getaway and it was fantastic! the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering us complimentary coffee and dates. the location was perfect, we were just a stone's throw away from various restaurants and shops. the room was spacious, and the electronic control screen made it easy to personalize the temperature and ambiance. We especially loved the fact that there was a TV screen inside the bathroom mirror where we could relax and watch our favorite shows.

It wasn't all positive. the underground parking's passageway is too narrow for larger cars, which made exiting the parking area quite challenging.

Our rooftop pool experience was unique, with comfortable sun loungers and a spa centre located on the top floor. The location advantage of this hotel is impressive, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Cons: the leisure/TV room needs improvement as the furniture appeared to be outdated. But this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.
