We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the popular area. We were able to easily access all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, from the porter to the top manager, everyone was friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The room amenities were fantastic, with all the necessary facilities like ironing, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added perk. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location only a few steps away from Alharam. We requested a room with a window facing the street and our request was granted. The staff made every effort to ensure our comfort and regularly checked if we needed anything. The membership plan offered attractive discounts on room rates and meals, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While the room was nice and big, the beds were too large, making the room feel cramped. The lighting in the room was very poor, making it difficult to see.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm welcomes and complimentary snacks. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to all our needs. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the gate that led directly to the Salam gate for women. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was the largest and most delicious variety I have ever experienced in a hotel.

I recently had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful. The rooms were clean and elegant, with very comfy beds and pillows, especially in the executive floors, making for a great night's sleep. Also, the Arabic coffee provided by Mr. Ayman was a nice touch.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently situated near the gate, making it easy to access the holy site. Additionally, I found the room service to be top-notch, with prompt and efficient service. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Badar who went out of his way to assist me during my stay. I really appreciated his assistance and it made my experience more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not completely satisfied with. the variety of Asian food options at breakfast was quite limited, which was disappointing.
