I chose this hotel for attending a conference and found the Al Huda lounge to be an ideal venue for conferences or banquets. The facilities were well-maintained and conducive to productive meetings, providing a comfortable and professional environment.

I recently stayed at Dar Al Iman, an IHG hotel, for a weeklong trip. The check-in process was quick and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was prime, with instant access to the Prophet's Mosque. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping service was superb, providing excellent quality cleaning. I also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store, pharmacy, and gold souk within walking distance of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our family, including an infant, and it was a great choice. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the prayer gate at Haram. The view from our room on the 2nd floor was breathtaking. The staff, especially Shahid and his crew, were amazing, taking good care of us. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the serving waiters were very attentive. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the concierge arranged a cab for us on time.

Bedauerlicherweise war die Klimaregelung im Zimmer zu kompliziert, und es war viel zu warm. Draußen war es zu laut, um das Fenster zu öffnen.

The hotel had a fantastic range of delegate experiences, delicious international and oriental cuisine, and shops open almost 24 hours a day. I enjoyed the wide selection of freshly brewed drinks and the Middle Eastern specialties. The historic tour was informative.

As a solo traveler, I loved the clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff at Dar Al Iman Intercontinental. The hotel's proximity to the Holy mosque, especially the ladies' prayer area, was a great convenience. The availability of parking in the basement was another plus. The open buffet with very good cuisine was a delightful experience.
