we had a lovely stay at Dhiafat Al Raja. the staff were very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities advertised. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details like bedside power outlets and daily room service. Despite any limitations, the hotel provided a comfortable and budget-friendly solution for our trip.

My experience at Dhiafat Al Raja Hotel in Mecca was pleasant, with a convenient location near restaurants and a short walk to the Haram. the staff was accommodating and helpful when I forgot my smartwatch. cleanliness and breakfast could be improved. a decent stay for a short visit.

24-hour room service is great. the staff was helpful in upgrading my room - free of charge. the easy access parking spots were a pleasant surprise.

I loved the surprise company of a cockroach in my room.

A memorable experience indeed! While performing Umrah, I felt like a modern-day explorer uncovering hidden treasures in the Cave of Hira. the surroundings were so serene that I almost expected to stumble upon a secret passage behind the fridge in my room!

Elevator delays.

The location was convenient, close to Masjid Alharam. Polite staff and free room upgrade. Complimentary water provided. Accommodated kids' needs with TV channels and early check-in. good staff behavior and cooperation.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near Septco bus station, making it easy to travel to and from the center of Haram. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is cooperative, allowing for early check-ins and late check-outs. Additionally, the hotel offers car parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

Convenient walking distance to Masjid Alharam, friendly staff upgraded our room, complimentary water provided. Newest hotel on Ibrahim-Al-Khaleel street, great facilities and ambiance. Close to local food options. Main road location ensures easy access to taxis. Near to prayer calls, good restaurant staff, and impeccable cleanliness. Recommended for families.

The reception staff were amazing and friendly, even allowing us to check in early with our 3 kids. the location was great, with easy access to the main attraction. the rooms were fairly new and affordable, with comfortable beds and a good TV selection to keep the kids happy.

The check-in and check-out process took too long, and we had to wait a long time to get into a lift. the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, left a lot to be desired and the shower area was not properly covered, causing water to spill out.

The location on Ibrahim-Al-Khaleel street was convenient, with easy access to local food options and taxis. The rooms were neat and comfortable, providing a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the proximity to the masfilah paid parking, ensuring the safety of my car. The hotel also had a restaurant, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Additionally, the quick checkout process was a plus.
