They even showed us the room before check-in. the housekeeping, restaurant, and bellboy staff were all well-trained and professional. the complimentary services like the snack bar and fruit basket were a perfect gesture to make us feel special. the overall stay was comfortable and highly recommended. the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the mall, was a great bonus.

The well-equipped gym and deep swimming pool were also great amenities that catered to both kids and adults.
