The hotel had a modern and high-end design, which was very impressive. the food at the hotel was great, with delicious meals offered every night.

The room could get quite hot at night and the climate controls didn't seem to work effectively, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows in the room were of poor quality and when a thinner blanket was requested, there were none available.

Absolutely loved the decor of the hotel, a beautiful blend of modern and traditional. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was simply wow. The spa facilities were out of this world, offering a great range of amenities. Our room was massive, with a large bathroom, balcony, and a big lounge area. The ski bus stopped right outside the hotel, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes.

The view from our room was not very pleasing, just a bus/car park on all sides. It was a shame not to have coffee or tea facilities in the room, which is usually expected at this level of hotel.

Liked the spacious and modern rooms, including a walk-in wardrobe and comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options including hot, cooked breakfast, cheese, meat, cereals. the afternoon soup and cake buffet was a nice touch. the location was convenient with a ski bus stop just outside.

Disliked that the rooms could be too hot at times with ineffective climate control. Some of the dishes at dinner were overcomplicated and there were a couple of misses.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is spot on, with an easy stroll to the center and the cable cars, which was essential for us as we wanted to explore the stunning mountains. The convenience of the Penken gondola and the ski bus stopping right outside the hotel every 10 minutes during peak season was great, especially when we were carrying our skis. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and very well-trained, making us feel welcome and relaxed throughout our stay.

We loved the spacious and comfortable room, which had a balcony with a stunning view. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were also outstanding, particularly the spa area. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The massage we had was heavenly and highly recommended. We are already planning our next visit to this amazing hotel!

This hotel is conveniently located near the town center and is just a short walk to the gondolas, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms are spacious, modern, and kept very clean. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner service is superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the spa and pool area provides a relaxing retreat after a day of skiing.

The sauna in the spa area was not very hot and the jacuzzi was not very effective.
