The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, especially with luggage. the room service and housekeeping were perfect. the restaurant provided excellent breakfast options. the hotel's close proximity to Masjid Al Haram was a big plus. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay compared to my previous experiences.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms. They felt a bit small and congested, especially for families with kids or infants.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, with Abraaj towers adjacent to the clock tower and just a short walk away from Haram Shareef. This makes it easy access to the holy site and provides added security for entry into the Haram area. The hotel staff is helpful, as seen when they assisted guests in finding transportation and even carried their bags.
