We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added to the holiday charm. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the train station. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was not free, and the signal was weak in the rooms.

The hotel had a quirky ancient lift that added to its charm. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence.

There were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, making it convenient for exploring and dining. the hotel itself was clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the charm of the old building and the vintage elevator.
