We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added to the holiday charm. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the train station. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was not free, and the signal was weak in the rooms.

Ideal location, close to transportation, comfortable and clean rooms, responsive and friendly staff, included breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Annabella Roof Terrace. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities I needed including a TV and air conditioning.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious, with high ceilings. The rooftop terrace offered a great view and the breakfast included was plentiful. The staff, especially Annabella, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

The location of the hotel was ideal; it was very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to all the main sights. Additionally, it was very close to the metro station and the railway station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, kind, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with whatever I needed. The breakfast included was wonderful, and the rooftop terrace was the best! I enjoyed my morning coffee with the fabulous view.

This hotel is in a decent area very close to the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the tourist attractions in the city. The staff were polite, accommodating, and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with a large and very comfortable bed, as well as a spacious bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was a nice touch, and it helped us start our day off right.

This hotel was a hidden gem in the heart of the city with an unbeatable location. It is perfect for those wanting to explore the San Lorenzo market, Academie, Duomo, and the Uffici. The hotel was excellent - it was centrally located, making it easy to get around and see all the main attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The basic amenities in the rooms were gorgeously furnished, and I especially loved the large, comfortable bed and the reasonable size bathroom. The room itself was spotless clean, and the great air conditioning made it even more pleasant. I also enjoyed the nice balcony where I could sit and relax after a long day of exploring.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family trip and it was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom/shower was perfectly functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better. It was easy to access from the airport, even with our luggage. We will definitely use this hotel again if we return to the city.

We got great value for our money at Annabella Roof Terrace. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that provided a lovely view. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a map and recommendations for places to visit. They even allowed us to store our bags before check-in time.
