The room at Elaf Meshal Al Madinah Hotel is so comfy and modern. I loved the flat-screen TV and the free WiFi. It felt like a home away from home.

The private entrance in the twin room isn't something I personally preferred.

I recently stayed at Assaafa Hotel for a few nights while visiting Medina. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by its cleanliness, modern design, and comfortable ambiance. The room service was exceptional, and I couldn't fault anything about it. The breakfast was delicious, and the free bus to Masjid an Nabawi was convenient. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly receptionist, Br. Bakar, who made my stay even more enjoyable. my experience at Assaafa Hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Our hotel location is great as it is within walking distance to the Prophet's Mosque and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room is equipped with general daily supplies, a safety deposit box, and a central heating and cooling system.

The room lights need an upgrade as they are dim and yellow, making it difficult to see properly.

I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. This place is close to the famous places and the airport, which makes it easy to get a taxi. The location to the Prophet's mosque is also a plus. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and accommodating. The room amenities were great, such as the electric kettle and flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the restaurant and snack bar on site.

This hotel is not recommended for families with senior citizens as it is a bit of a walk to the mosque. However, this place is good for those who prefer a low rush and quiet environment.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are affordable, and the location is convenient for visiting famous places and the airport. The staff are really attentive to detail and provided all the basic amenities we needed. We also had a room with 3 beds, perfect for families with kids. Breakfast was included, and it was a delicious spread that kept us energized throughout the day.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip. It was within walking distance of the main attractions. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from. they offered complimentary transportation to and from the airport which was a great relief to our travel plans.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. the bathroom had some stains that were not cleaned properly and the carpets were not as clean as we would have liked.

I traveled to Madinah for religious purposes and stayed at Assaafa for 4 nights, with an extra night due to a flight delay. The hotel's attention to detail and compact, Japanese-inspired rooms impressed me. The staff, especially Bayan and Ibrahim at reception, were courteous and professional. The cleanliness of the bed, bathroom, and entire room was excellent. The hotel offered competitive rates and even allowed us to park for free. The daily housekeeping and variety of food choices added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
