During my stay, I experienced welcoming reception staff and a spacious lobby area. the location was within a 10-minute walk to the main attraction. the shower room was too small, limiting movement.

The first time I stayed, the staff helped with evening plans - unforgettable! This place suits me perfectly – Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, VIP check-in, Air conditioning. Coming back this weekend for sure.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel with its proximity to the holy mosque, making it convenient for prayer. the staff were extremely accommodating and even upgraded my room to a wheelchair-accessible one, showing genuine care and attention. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendliness of the staff greatly contributed to a comfortable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Near Zamzam Well and the airport. Staff spoke multiple languages. Free WiFi was a plus. About 10 km from Hira Cave, felt like a pilgrimage-themed escape room.

Flew all the way for bedbugs in unclean rooms.

the hotel's ideal location near Masjid Al Haram and close proximity to shops and restaurants also made our stay more enjoyable. the cleanliness and professionalism of the reception staff were major issues that need improvement.

The room at Emaar Al Manar felt cozy and had everything I needed – a desk, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. It made me feel right at home.

The shower was a bit small for my liking.

I must say, my recent stay was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has greatly improved since my last visit. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Despite minor issues like slow WiFi and distant location from Haram, the value for money, spacious rooms, and active GM made my stay worthwhile. The hotel is making efforts to enhance guest experience, but improvements in guest service and amenities are still needed.

we booked a double bed but got a triple, giving us extra room. the fridge and aircon worked well. close to haram for easy shopping.

Pros the location was great, just a 10-12 min walk to the holy site. Being close to the center saved a lot of time and hassle during my visit. the hotel had a decent breakfast that helped kickstart my day, saving me the trouble of finding a place to eat every morning.

Cons the room had a funky smell, like pigeons had been partying there. the shower area was tiny, and the curtain didn't do its job, flooding the floor.
