I recently stayed at Crystal Plaza Al Majaz for 8 days and had an exceptional experience. The staff, including Miss Bona at the reception, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The Nepali housekeeping team always kept my room clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount for extending my stay by 2 days. I had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The staff at the reception were very polite and accommodating, checking me in within just 10 minutes. The room they gave me was incredibly spacious and cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods to choose from. the hotel facilities were great, with a sauna and outdoor pool that I enjoyed throughout the day. The hospitality of the staff, especially Balu, Ivy, and Monette, was exceptional.
