The hotel's design is very appealing and modern. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. the staff was always available and helpful. the location is excellent, with quick access to the city center. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the daily bottle of water.

The breakfast lacked variety and could be improved to cater to all customers' tastes. the air conditioning system had a musty smell that was uncomfortable, especially for those with allergies.

My recent stay at Ewaa Express Hotel - Al Rawda was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient and close to all my daily needs. The staff were friendly, always with a smile, and provided helpful support throughout my stay. I especially liked that the hotel had a complimentary self-service laundry facility, which was a great convenience for me. The design of the hotel was also lovely.

While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a limited breakfast menu and a small dining area, they didn't significantly impact my stay. Additionally, the noise from the street outside was slightly distracting, but it didn't prevent me from having a reasonably comfortable sleep.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to amenities. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Free self-service laundry. Welcoming reception and spacious, well-lit rooms with hot supply and iron provided. Great value for money.
