We had a great experience staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to financial services and plenty of amenities nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and all spoke English very well. We especially enjoyed the vibrant restaurant and shopping areas, which were just a short Uber ride away. And let's not forget about the amazing gym! we were impressed with the improvements made since our last stay. the air conditioning was much improved and there were signs of refurbishment. the room was clean and well-kept, although some furnishings could use replacing. the staff were welcoming and the breakfast, while not outstanding, was still satisfying. the only downside was the odd mirror placement in the elevators.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything you may want to visit. Just across the street is a famous tower, and it is situated near the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities such as a large plate of fresh fruits and cookies given as complementary. The staff offers efficient reception and treatment, making your stay pleasant.

The WiFi signal could be stronger within the rooms, possibly needing an up-grade.

Fireworks on the rooftop terrace and complimentary champagne made it a memorable start to the New Year. the central location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and the spacious room provided a comfortable base to relax.
