The breakfast spread at Fairmont was amazing, with a lot of variety and quality options. We also appreciated the management's prompt assistance when we needed a last minute day tour guide. we recommend this hotel.

Excellent service by friendly and helpful staff. Modern and clean facilities including a great pool. Complimentary lunch was a pleasant surprise. Reception, housekeeping, and concierge were all fantastic. a wonderful experience.

Entering this hotel is like entering another world, luxurious and exclusive amenities everywhere. the Spa and wellness centre is huge and the indoor swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable chairs to relax. the Sauna is also open and there is always someone available for a massage appointment. the room advantages are unbeatable, with an in-room breakfast that will leave you completely satisfied.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. It took a little longer than expected for our requests to be fulfilled.

Our stay was exquisite, with everything we needed met beyond expectations. The location of the hotel was ideal for trekkers as it is near the picturesque Edge of the world canyon. Our room was spacious and clean, with a bathroom that was well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. We particularly enjoyed the delicious morning breakfast that offered a wide range of top-quality dishes. The customer service was excellent, with staff always attentive to our needs and professional. Additionally, the hotel facilities were outstanding, providing an extraordinary luxury residence-style experience.

The hotel lacked smart TVs, limiting our options for entertainment.

The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing local attractions and transportation. the room service offered tasty and fresh food.

On the other hand, the blackout curtains didn't properly block out the sunlight and the pillows were uncomfortable. the lack of information in the room about the hotel's facilities and services made it a bit difficult to navigate on my own.

Excellent staff, including Brother Hussein and Brother Nawaf at reception. Butler services provided by Hany Ismail were incredibly helpful. Clean rooms, delicious food, great location. Highly recommended for visitors.
