Spent Xmas holiday in a wonderful place with great complementary services of an airport shuttle and welcome drinks. The hotel was situated near the beach, providing a lovely sea view and a calming atmosphere, which made it a perfect vacation spot. Sitting on the balcony was a delight, listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean and enjoying the warm breeze.

The room service could have been improved as some requests were ignored and unpleasant maintenance problems were present. The restaurant did not have a wide variety of food options and their service at times was poor.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich großartig. Es ist sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum gelegen und man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In nur 5 Minuten ist man an der Promenade und im historischen Zentrum. Außerdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, einen Supermarkt und viele kleine Imbissbuden in der Nähe.

Ein negatives Aspekt ist, dass die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Hotel nicht sehr gut ist. Wenn alle Stellplätze besetzt sind, kann es schwierig sein, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

The resort had beautiful lighting throughout, creating a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, eggs, and different noodle dishes prepared by chefs each morning. The staff at reception were quick to address any queries and were efficient in arranging taxis for us.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. The exclusive amenities such as the in-room breakfast and the private facilities, along with the spa and wellness center, made our experience here unforgettable. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also fabulous additions to our stay. The staff was very helpful and provided impeccable service. The location advantages were also great, as there were always taxis available to go to the town center.

There was only one minor issue during our stay, as some facilities were unavailable due to the weather. Although the swimming pool bar was closed during our visit, we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and the poolside snack bar.

The bungalows were secluded and enjoyable to stay in, providing a sense of privacy. The room itself was fantastic, with spaciousness, a comfortable bed, and large windows for a stunning morning view. The resort's private beach was always clean and there were plenty of beach beds available. the service and cleanliness of the resort were top-notch.
