The value for money at Shells Resort & Spa was exceptional, and the room made me feel like royalty. The location was perfect, with a beautiful private beach and peaceful surroundings. The staff treated me like a VIP, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Spent Xmas holiday in a wonderful place with great complementary services of an airport shuttle and welcome drinks. the hotel was situated near the beach, providing a lovely sea view and a calming atmosphere, which made it a perfect vacation spot. Sitting on the balcony was a delight, listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean and enjoying the warm breeze.

The room service could have been improved as some requests were ignored and unpleasant maintenance problems were present. the restaurant did not have a wide variety of food options and their service at times was poor.

The Shells Resort & Spa had a spacious villa with beautiful decor and cleanliness. The breakfast offered a great combination of Western and Asian food. The resort's private beach and two swimming pools were enjoyable, although the bars were unfortunately closed during our stay. We were delighted by the live music performances at night. Despite some communication challenges with the staff, our overall experience was good.

The resort had beautiful lighting throughout, creating a lovely atmosphere. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, eggs, and different noodle dishes prepared by chefs each morning. the staff at reception were quick to address any queries and were efficient in arranging taxis for us.

the exclusive amenities such as the in-room breakfast and the private facilities, along with the spa and wellness center, made our experience here unforgettable. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also fabulous additions to our stay. the staff was very helpful and provided impeccable service.

Although the swimming pool bar was closed during our visit, we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and the poolside snack bar.

I had an excellent stay at Shells Resort & Spa. the staff were incredibly helpful and the food was amazing. the pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxation, with different levels to sit and lay in. the swim-up pool bar was a great feature. the bungalows were secluded and enjoyable to stay in, providing a sense of privacy. the room itself was fantastic, with spaciousness, a comfortable bed, and large windows for a stunning morning view. the resort's private beach was always clean and there were plenty of beach beds available. the service and cleanliness of the resort were top-notch.
