The service was horrible. they never fixed the TV, and I waited ages to be moved. lost my laundry as well, so I expected at least a complimentary gesture, but no such luck. the interior design looked like a 3-star hotel. I almost thought about a good review, but I just couldn’t.

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious apartment. It had multiple air conditioning units which made it comfortable. The location was near a mall, making it easy to find various amenities. I requested a baby crib and water, and it took some time to arrive, but the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout. The wellness area was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. I appreciate good design, and this place had that.

I spent a month in a deluxe apartment and it was really nice being away from the dust and noise outside. The Ramadan tent feast they set up was incredible plenty of food I didn’t even know I wanted but ate anyway.

the grand hyatt al khobar is such a nice place! the service is top-notch, especially at the cafe lounge where mark took care of us. super cozy vibe and the drinks, like the passion fruit mojito, were so refreshin. had a farewell party there and everything was organized, no chaos even with other activities around.

BUT the check-in process was a real hassle, and the kids play area in the spa was way too noisy for a chill vibe. that was kinda frustrating.
