I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room I stayed in at Grand Plaza Hotel - Dhabab. The room was clean and well-furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when I needed assistance with my luggage. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The hotel's location is convenient for access to government offices and shopping areas, with the Lulu mall in walking distance. The rooms and bathroom are clean and modern with good room service. The staff is generally responsive and helpful.

There have been instances of lost items and difficulty in communication with the hotel's reception staff.

The Easter stay was delightful. the complementary Easter eggs and chocolates were a very nice touch. the hotel's location near various restaurants and supermarkets was convenient. Our room had an excellent view of the city skyline that we enjoyed.

The gym facilities could use some improvement. the equipment seemed old and outdated, and some machines were not functioning properly.

We had a great stay here! The location near the mall with the best hypermarket was super convenient for us. We also appreciated how close this place was to the city center and certain stores. The service was fantastic with room service available 24/7, and the staff, especially the receptionists, were so helpful. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool, were a real treat. And the room amenities like the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and soundproofed rooms made for a really comfortable stay.
