I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything in the city. The service was exceptional - from the friendly and helpful staff, to the efficient housekeeping and laundry service. The hotel even offered a shuttle service, making it so convenient to get around. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed including heating, air conditioning, and a balcony with garden furniture. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom added an extra level of comfort. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with BBQ facilities, perfect for relaxing. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The views from our balcony were amazing. The room was spacious and had a great shower and sunken tub. The bathroom heater was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was efficient and friendly.

The spacious rooms are clean and furnished with stylish decor, giving off an exclusive Hollywood vibe. The friendly staff make you feel welcome and ensure your needs are met. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious, with a range of tasty options to start your day off right.

It would be beneficial if they extended the breakfast hours to accommodate those who prefer a later start to their day.

My recent stay at Altissimo Guesthouse was truly magical! The Mozart suite, with its large balcony and breathtaking view of the Free State landscape, was absolutely stunning. After a long day of meetings, returning to the suite and enjoying a glass of wine from the well-stocked honesty bar was a treat. The staff at Altissimo Guesthouse were incredibly welcoming, and the cleanliness of the place, from the rooms to the common areas, was impeccable. The breakfast served was stylish and one of the best I've had at a B&B in South Africa. A special shoutout to Lynette and the staff for their friendliness and for running a well-managed B&B. I cannot wait to return!

Although my stay at Altissimo Guesthouse was nearly perfect, there were a few shortcomings. the TV in the room was not functional, despite my request to have it fixed.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at a guesthouse that was adorned with classical music theme. the interesting decor exuded an awesome vibe, transportering us into a peaceful and comfortable environment. the mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a perfect location to welcome the New Year. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our day.

Although we loved the aesthetics, we wished some of the workmanship was of better quality. the unlevel floors and rising loose tiles in the room could have been better taken care of.

Check-in was efficient and staff were helpful. The honeymoon suite was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The made-to-order breakfast was fresh and delicious. Check-out was smooth and the staff even helped us with some photos. a recommendation-worthy experience.
