We were greeted warmly by Mahmoud at the front desk, who made the check-in process quick and efficient. the bellboy, Badshah, gave us useful tips on local shopping and recommended restaurants that suited our taste. it was a comfortable and well-maintained hotel that we would definitely consider returning to.

It's located right next to a large shopping mall which was very convenient. The room had everything I needed like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. There was also a terrace with outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and the service was great. I loved the rooftop pool and the sun loungers, it was a great way to spend the day.

Lastly, the complementary discount coupons for the lobby cafe and restaurant outside the hotel were a great touch.

The hotel could improve its night time services as the staff were unable to cater to certain requests. the shower area could do with curtains.
