The hotel had spacious, clean rooms with great service, a wide breakfast buffet spread, and helpful staff. the cleanliness and service were inconsistent, housekeeping required constant reminders, and amenities were lacking. The manager's unresponsiveness and questionable business practices were disappointing.

the reception staff, particularly Walaa, were incredibly supportive during my stay. the hidden AC vents in the room were a great feature, keeping the room cool without blowing air directly on me. the respectful and welcoming nature of the staff, especially Alaa, made me feel at home. the location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent.

During my first stay, the staff provided excellent local tips. I keep returning for a romantic escape. This spot offers Free Wi-Fi, parking, and luggage storage. Plus, a fitness center, spa, and game room. the no-smoking policy, air conditioning, and VIP service make it perfect.

The daily hummus fix and omelette station were on point! Shoutout to Rana, Tanvir, and Sib Hussain for the top-notch service. the location near Boulevard Riyadh City was super convenient for my meetings. Plus, the breakfast spread was delish.

Room size was a squeeze, and the lack of curtains left me feeling a bit exposed. the Wi-Fi was wonky, but props to the front desk for hooking me up with a personal router.

The 24-hour front desk felt like having a personal assistant. the free WiFi made me feel like a millennial star. the kids' club was my excuse to unleash my inner child.

Unfortunately, the breakfast spread could sometimes be a bit limited, with items running out quickly, but that's just a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic stay at this hotel. 👌

We had a wonderful stay here. The location near the center is great, and the service - including room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping - was very helpful. We also appreciated the airport shuttle and amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities. But what really stood out was the incredible staff, especially Walaa at reception. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
