The hotel had spacious, clean rooms with great service, a wide breakfast buffet spread, and helpful staff. the cleanliness and service were inconsistent, housekeeping required constant reminders, and amenities were lacking. The manager's unresponsiveness and questionable business practices were disappointing.

the reception staff, particularly Walaa, were incredibly supportive during my stay. the hidden AC vents in the room were a great feature, keeping the room cool without blowing air directly on me. the respectful and welcoming nature of the staff, especially Alaa, made me feel at home. the location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our business trip. the hotel's central location and easy access to public transportation made it convenient for us to get around the city. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in accommodating our needs and requests.

On the other hand, the TV had limited channels and the lighting in the room was poor. We also noticed the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the corridor and experienced noise from the next room.
