The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the center of town. Parking is available, and there is the option of requesting a late check-out. The room size and view are impressive, and the hidden AC vents are a nice touch. The staff is attentive and quick to handle any issues that may arise.

The restaurant seating could use an upgrade for better comfort during meals.

I loved the clever design of the air conditioning in my room, keeping me comfortable without a direct blast of air. a comfortable stay with attentive staff. Despite some minor issues, I recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location near the center is great, and the service - including room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping - was very helpful. We also appreciated the airport shuttle and amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities. But what really stood out was the incredible staff, especially Walaa at reception. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our business trip. The hotel's central location and easy access to public transportation made it convenient for us to get around the city. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in accommodating our needs and requests.

On the other hand, the TV had limited channels and the lighting in the room was poor. We also noticed the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the corridor and experienced noise from the next room.
