The beautiful light show over the bay from my balcony was mesmerizing, but the noise from neighboring rooms severely disrupted my sleep, leaving me restless during my stay.

The breakfast featured delicious local ingredients, making every morning a treat.

The hotel's location required a 20-minute shuttle ride to the nearest railway station, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The bar on the top floor had spectacular views, but

it was pricier than I expected for drinks. The cocktail I ordered was delicious, but I found the overall atmosphere relaxing, making it a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. The complimentary shuttle service was a real lifesaver!

The location was a highlight for me. I enjoyed walking to nearby attractions like the shopping areas and parks. Taking advantage of the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the city, and my room had a great view of the ferris wheel. Being from Italy, I appreciated the mixture of modern amenities and unique aspects of the local design. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

Request an upper-floor room for stunning views and a quieter experience away from potential noise. Also, consider exploring the nearby Mosaic shopping complex for dining options.

surprised at how they charge for a crib, honestly. every other hotel offers that complimentary, but I guess they don’t do ‘welcome’ here. also, room service closed at an absurd 9pm, leaving us starving with no options. expected at least an upgrade, but I guess that’s too much to ask in Kobe. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the self check-in feature woudl ve been helpful, but I still waited ages to check in. also, not offering birthing cot complimentary? that's absurd. the pool? apparently, I needed money to use it, although the paper said nothing of that for guests. honestly, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

We enjoyed spacious rooms with a fantastic marina view, perfect for our family's needs. The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was a bonus, and the clean atmosphere made it a pleasant retreat for us and our two small kids.

My wife says that the check-in process was frustratingly slow.

Staying here with friends was awesome! The hotel has a free shuttle to the train station, making it easy to get around. We visited the Mosaic and the waterfront, enjoying great views from our balcony. Buffet lunch was good, and we appreciated the discount for seniors.

Some rooms seem to be updated while others look a bit tired, which was a letdown when comparing rooms with friends. It was also a bit of a hike to explore nearby attractions, so plan accordingly.

It is an impressive hotel with breathtaking views from the corner rooms and a sumptuous breakfast buffet that caters to all tastes, and the staff's warm hospitality truly enhances the experience.

We enjoyed the shuttle service that really took the stress out of getting around,, it was like having our own personal driver! I mean, the breakfast buffet was just phenomenal,, so many choices that it felt like a feast every morning.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but you know what, it was still acceptable for the quality we got.
