The hotel had a prime location right by the beach, with a stunning sea view from the pool on the 8th floor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with a smile always on their faces. Although limited, the breakfast was satisfying. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the guards were welcoming.

The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom with hair on the floor.

We stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront and just steps from the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities including an electric kettle for tea and coffee. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the dining restaurant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place to families looking for a great hotel.

The hotel is a great place to spend a weekend. Complementary washing machines were a welcome addition. the staff provided impeccable customer service throughout the stay. the location is very convenient.

Some minor glitches with the elevators. Breakfast was decent, but there was a limited selection of juices.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Jubail was perfect for my stay. The bed was super comfortable, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of parking spots available in the basement. The amazing staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always ready to serve with a smile.
