The buffet at the hotel's restaurant can be quite expensive for what it offers.

Spent my Easter weekend in a hotel which I found to be quite decent. The management was kind enough to offer free breakfast and wi-fi during my stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood near some good restaurants. Another good thing was that the hotel provided good room service. The room was well-maintained and had all the facilities one would expect.

The negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. The housekeeping staff was lousy and often missed cleaning the restroom and changing used towels.

The staff at Holiday Inn Yanbu was incredibly accommodating. We needed a late check-out and they generously allowed us to stay until 5 PM. Additionally, they offered to serve dinner in our room, which was a convenient and satisfying option. The hotel did not charge for our kids, which was a nice surprise. the service was exceptional.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a relaxing holiday and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived to our complimentary room upgrade. The indoor swimming pool, steam room, and Turkish bath were all top-notch and added to our overall experience. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its special diet menus and in-room breakfast served by polite and accommodating staff. The private facilities provided us with the exclusivity and privacy we were seeking.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the outdoor swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. Although, within the garden area, the BBQ facilities were available as an alternative option for guests to enjoy.
