I stayed at Holiday Suites Al Azizia for transit during my travel to Mecca and found the location convenient, with the nearest airport being 102 km away, making it easily accessible for a quick stopover.

Although the hotel provides dry cleaning services, I was disappointed to find that the shuttle service only dropped guests off at a distance of 600-700m from the Haram, requiring a considerable walk.

During my stay, I encountered a minor inconvenience with cleanliness. There were small cockroaches in the room, bathroom, and refrigerator, indicating a need for deep cleaning and sanitization.

Spacious clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds. Great location with various restaurants nearby. Swimming pool and health club facilities available, as well as a nearby supermarket. Good value for money.

The service, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, was top-notch. The shuttle service was free and very convenient. We also appreciated the generous room amenities, including the ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and comfortable sitting area. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Holiday Suites in Mecca for 7 nights. The location is great, right next to Nori supermarket and across from Elbeik Restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the swimming pool. The hotel offers parking, which is convenient if you have your own car. The check-in process was fast, thanks to Mr. Talal at the reception. The dinner barbecue was worth the price, and the pool area at night was lovely. The restaurant staff were hospitable and attentive, and the room service was fast. one of the best hotels I've stayed in Makkah.

We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated and spacious lobby area. The deluxe room, especially room 403, was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Shoutout to Farhad, the housekeeping supervisor, Abu from his staff, Shyam who hosted breakfast, and Rizwan, our fantastic waiter at the restaurant. They made our 7-night stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the older double bed, their service made up for it.

This hotel is excellent for its value for money, attention to detail, and comfortable rooms with good views. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is great. I also appreciated the extra mattress under the bed for my kids.

The spacious lobby welcomes you on arrival, and the rooms are well-furnished and serviced promptly. Breakfast is delicious, and you are never hungry with their hearty portions. In addition, the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep, and the pool area provides a relaxing escape from the busy city life.

The hotel hallway reeked of cigarette smoke due to other guests' irresponsible behavior, and there were no staff members to assist with check-in.
