The spot? Super close to Haram, just 3 minutes' stroll. Staff? Top-notch—always ready to lend a hand, especially at check-in! Breakfast? Oh boy, a feast for sure! 🌟 Loads of elevators make moving around a piece of cake compared to cramped hotels. Clean digs and tasty brekkie, had a blast!

The Breakfast at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah offered a delightful variety of fresh and tasty dishes, with a special mention to the delicious cardamom tea with milk. The hotel's proximity to Masjid Al Haram and nearby landmarks like Abu Kubais and the Grand Mosque contributed to a memorable family bonding experience, complemented by the cozy bed and exceptional Iftaar facilities. the fast elevators and the convenience of a mall within the tower added a practical touch to our stay. The Front Office Reception, especially Mourad, stood out for their excellent service, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Although there were some initial hiccups with a smelly bathroom that took a bit too long to resolve, overall, the hotel's facilities, like the Mosque in the basement and the exceptional staff, made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning, especially the city view. The breakfast at Al Oasis was splendid, offering a wide variety of international cuisine. Plus, having a Starbucks downstairs was a convenient treat. The hotel's thoughtful service left a lasting impression. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing and made accessing the Masjid al-Haram more difficult.

I selected this hotel for a work-related brainstorming session and found it ideal due to the excellent event facilities provided. The conference center and meeting room were well-equipped, and the complimentary wired internet access and business center were very convenient for our work requirements.

The only service I missed for my work was the option for flexible meal arrangements to accommodate our work schedule.

With its convenient location directly overlooking the King Fahad Gate, we were just a stone's throw away from the iconic Haram. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including two cozy coffee spots and an inviting library. It provided the perfect setting for our family to relax and recharge during our visit to Mecca.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had more child-friendly amenities, such as a dedicated play area or children's activities.

Near to the holy site but encountered electrical issues in the room. Hayatt Regency Mecca stands out with fantastic organization, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for visitors seeking excellent service near the holy mosque.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Mecca for a holy trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the customer service was top-notch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, although I do miss the crepes. I appreciated being able to take food from the breakfast counter up to my room. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Haram. The room decor was lovely, and the cleanliness was impeccable. it was a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Makkah for my Umrah pilgrimage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Haram and surrounded by great shopping options. The hotel itself was impressive, with well-equipped rooms and easy access. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also want to mention the excellent service provided by the front office manager, Sultan Fallatah. I had a fantastic stay and the Hyatt Regency will always be my first choice in Makkah.
