The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist and concierge staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel at home and welcomed. Special mention to Wael at the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

Booked a Regency Suite for a couple of nights during Eid. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The suite itself had lovely views, a good seating area, spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. Breakfast and in-room dining were good. The hotel has a market on the ground floor for quick bites. Located in the commercial heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel staff, especially Abdulrahman at reception, were professional and friendly. Rooms were well-designed and clean, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and tasty.

I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency in Riyadh. The fitness facilities and indoor swimming pool were excellent, and my little one loved the toddler pond. The staff were friendly and the Mediterranean restaurant on the 2nd floor, Azure, was exceptional. The hotel is brand new and attracts many business travelers and professionals. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While my stay was mostly great, there were a few small issues. The room size was a bit smaller than other hotels in Riyadh, and the sound insulation between rooms wasn't the best.

Location is superb, it is close to everything, including the must-see attractions. Additionally, the continental food served at the restaurant is delicious. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room is not adequate enough, and the pillows are not comfortable, which results in poor sleep quality.

The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. the spa facilities were outstanding with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna to relax in. the location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and getting around.

I had trouble with communication and delays with valet service. there was a problem with the payment process that took too long to resolve.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key business areas and attractions in the city. Lastly, I greatly appreciated the attentive and polite staff who made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the standard room was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic VIP access to the Club lounge which offered unlimited drinks and light meals with stunning views of Riyadh. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff were attentive to our needs. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to fault.

I loved the spacious executive suite with a master bedroom and bathroom, a large living room, dining table, and work desk. The hotel was immaculate and had direct elevator access to the rooms without having to go through the lobby. The view from the room was fantastic, and the TV had a great selection of international channels. The health club was top-notch, and the staff, especially Mr. Hussam and Mr. Anil, were extremely accommodating and made sure all our requests were met. The breakfast was well-organized and delicious.

Felt truly pampered, no reason to complain.

The location in the heart of Riyadh center allows for easy access to the city's attractions and offers amazing views of the towering skyscrapers. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast adds to the overall positive experience.

The room felt so cozy with the separate sitting area and the plush pillows that I could sink into. The air conditioning was a blessing after a long, hot day exploring Riyadh. The panoramic views from the suite were just breathtaking.

Personally, I found the 24-hour room service a bit pricy, but I guess it's fair for the convenience.
