I got great value for my money at Ibis Styles. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. The staff was helpful and cooperative, quickly fulfilling my requests for a joined bed and a room change. The hotel's shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram was exceptional, and the breakfast was a delightful treat for foodies. Looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The bus service is prompt and reliable. The location is calm without any traffic noise. The parking may be full, but there is a large parking space nearby at the King Faisal Hospital.

The breakfast was fantastic with fresh food and lots of space. I was impressed with the free shuttle bus to the Haram. Despite a language barrier with some receptionists, the service was overall pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great experience staying here! The hotel's location was perfect for us, very close to a famous mosque. The staff here provided exceptional service, from the friendly room service to the efficient car hire and dry cleaning. The room amenities were impressive, especially the soundproofed rooms which made for a peaceful stay. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were a huge plus.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities - just like the pictures. The staff, especially Amal at the reception, is extremely helpful and always greets guests with a smile. The bus driver, the youngest Egyptian one, goes above and beyond to help guests and is very kind.

Spent a lovely Xmas in Mecca at this hotel. the beds were super comfortable, and they had amazing air conditioning. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, it was delicious and kept us full well into the day. the hotel's modern and clean ambiance was perfect for our family. the price was amazing, and we got really good value for our money. the location was key, we were close to the Haram, and it was easy to get around town.

The downside was that the hotel's restaurant didn't offer room service or an a la carte menu, which can be disappointing when you don't want to leave the hotel. Another downside was that there were no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, so we had to travel a fair bit for our meals.

The hotel offered great value for the price. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a good AC system and a personal fridge. the complimentary room service was a convenient feature, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also ideal, with nearby markets and a shuttle service to a key location within a reasonable walking distance.

the bathroom could have been a bit bigger, as it felt a little cramped. there was a slight language barrier with some of the receptionists, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The rooms were super cozy with a flat screen TV, fridge, and electric kettle, making it feel like a home away from home. As a guest who loves to unwind with some TV and a hot drink, I felt completely at ease.

I found the mountain view from the triple room a bit underwhelming. But I know others might still enjoy it.

ibis styles definitely exceeded my expectations during our honeymoon trip. the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially towards my elderly parents. their constant care and attention made them feel comfortable and well taken care of. the shuttle service was also prompt and convenient.
