I got great value for my money at Ibis Styles. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. The staff was helpful and cooperative, quickly fulfilling my requests for a joined bed and a room change. The hotel's shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram was exceptional, and the breakfast was a delightful treat for foodies. Looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The bus service is prompt and reliable. The location is calm without any traffic noise. The parking may be full, but there is a large parking space nearby at the King Faisal Hospital.

The breakfast was fantastic with fresh food and lots of space. I was impressed with the free shuttle bus to the Haram. Despite a language barrier with some receptionists, the service was overall pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room amenities were impressive, especially the soundproofed rooms which made for a peaceful stay. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were a huge plus.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities - just like the pictures. The staff, especially Amal at the reception, is extremely helpful and always greets guests with a smile. The bus driver, the youngest Egyptian one, goes above and beyond to help guests and is very kind.

Spent a lovely Xmas in Mecca at this hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and they had amazing air conditioning. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, it was delicious and kept us full well into the day. The hotel's modern and clean ambiance was perfect for our family. The price was amazing, and we got really good value for our money. We were pleased with the room change, and the prompt communication we had with the hotel prior to our stay. The location was key, we were close to the Haram, and it was easy to get around town.

The downside was that the hotel's restaurant didn't offer room service or an a la carte menu, which can be disappointing when you don't want to leave the hotel. Another downside was that there were no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, so we had to travel a fair bit for our meals.
