The staff, except for one member in the restaurant during breakfast, were very welcoming and friendly. They upgraded my room to a suite for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise. the cleanliness of the hotel, including the outdoor areas, was highly maintained. the food was amazing with lots of fresh options at breakfast. the location is convenient, close to restaurants and cafes in the city center. the room service was exceptional, and I loved the comfort of the bed. the women's club, though under construction, seemed promising for future visits.

The air conditioning in the room was weak, making it uncomfortable at times. the hotel could improve by ensuring all facilities are up to date and functioning properly.

Despite slight inconveniences with the room location, the Intercontinental Riyadh staff made my birthday celebration extra special with a surprise cake and room upgrade. the city's strategic location, delicious food options, and warm hospitality made my stay memorable. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a malfunctioning bathroom heater and a partially eaten fruit bowl left outside my door, they did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay. The peaceful ambiance and relaxing scenery added to the hotel's charm. I must mention the women's club, which unfortunately was under construction during my visit; however, it promises to be a great addition for female guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I was happy with my experience and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at an IHG hotel in Riyadh. From the friendly and helpful reception to the spacious and clean room, everything was perfect. the pool was crystal clear, with a separate area for kids. the variety of food was impressive, and the hotel had a pleasant jasmine scent in the air. the location was great, with a nice lobby and a large territory offering plenty of additional activities.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the central area of Saudi Arabia's capital. During breakfast time, there is a good selection of food available in the restaurant, with attentive staff and a comfortable atmosphere. There are also several coffee shops for those looking for a quick pick-me-up in the morning.

The rooms could do with some refurbishment, as they are quite dated and worn.

The Car Parking database was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was very good and clean, with a comfortable bed. The pool was clean, with crystal-clear water and a special area for kids. The food had a good variety and was tasty. The hotel had a pleasant jasmine scent throughout. The hotel had good accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs. it was an excellent experience.

The wifi at the hotel was excellent, making it convenient for business purposes. The little office area in the room, with a good office chair, was also a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel gym was great and open 24/7, which is perfect for maintaining a fitness routine while traveling. The multiple restaurants offered a variety of options, and the one I tried was pretty good. The room itself was spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

Celebrated Xmas at a hotel in Riyadh and had a great time. Two complementary facts offered during the stay which made it even better. the location was key, enabling me to enjoy the festivities nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property is a bit old but still decent. Some plumbing issues in the room, but the staff was quick to fix them.

the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional, from the spa and wellness centre to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the restaurant served the most delicious food we've had in a long time, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the Jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful garden area.

the gym had all the necessary equipment, but it was difficult to find a free space to exercise.
