I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the pancake and egg booth service. The staff were courteous and made me feel welcome. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city, closer to Makkah and Madina, was perfect for my travel plans. The free parking availability and the various facilities within the premises were also impressive. I had a great experience.

However, the hotel is conveniently situated near a highway that leads to Taif, making transportation easier for those planning to explore the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, and a washing machine. The breakfast selection is delicious, with a variety of options available.

The service and hospitality at the hotel are below expectations, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail.

The complementary dental kit and room service were a bonus during my business trip. the hotel's proximity to major business centers made it easy for me to attend all my meetings on time. the spacious room was a plus, especially with all the amenities provided.

My stay was not without issues. the staff lacked adequate training, and it showed during the check-out process, which took more than 25 minutes.

While the gym at the hotel only has cardio machines and lacks additional workout equipment, it still offers decent options for a quick workout. The soundproofing could be improved as some noise from outside and neighboring rooms can be heard.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds, but breakfast could be improved. Friendly reception staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful throughout the stay. Quick check-in process and convenient location near the embassy. The parking in the back of the establishment is better than the front.

We loved staying at this place as it is located near the highway going to Taif and just 5-7min away from Embassies area. Although it may require driving a bit to get to the major attractions, it is worth it. The service room service, car hire, and dry cleaning made our stay more comfortable and convenient. The bell staff/porter, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, shops/commercial services, and laundry were top-notch. The airport shuttle, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, and paid airport shuttle were incredibly efficient. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area. Plus, the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment during our downtime. The dining restaurant, in-room breakfast, halal food, snack bar, dinner, packed lunches. The staff, especially the receptionists, were friendly and helpful. The leisure spa & wellness centre, massage, spa lounge, steam room, and spa centre provided the perfect relaxation oasis we needed. The leisure/TV room or facilities and in-room Wi-Fi were amazing perks that exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.
