our recent stay in medina was incredibly comfortable with marriott executive apartments. the spacious room, friendly staff, and mall proximity made our trip very convenient. the helpful receptionists and variety of food options truly stood out.

During my recent business trip to Medina, my director selected the Marriott Executive Apartments for our accommodation. the hotel excelled in providing top-notch amenities, including a fitness center, spa, and wellness center, all of which helped me unwind after a long day of meetings. the indoor pool and 24-hour front desk added convenience to my stay. I treated myself to a relaxing Thai massage and enjoyed various recreational opportunities on offer. the breakfast experience was delightful, with the attentive waiters, especially Mr Naseeruddin, ensuring I started my day right with freshly made cappuccinos and perfectly cooked eggs. the room was luxurious, featuring daily fresh fruit plates and the flexibility to stay longer due to a late flight.

the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. the direct access to the mall was a huge convenience, especially with the food court and Carrefour right there. the staff, particularly Mr Ghanim Al-Mohamadi at the front desk and the account manager lady, were so friendly and helpful. the housekeeping team was also responsive and kept everything in great condition. the hotel management has done an excellent job maintaining high standards.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable design of the apartments. The location connected to Alrashed mega mall was perfect for shopping and dining options. The bus shuttle to Al-Haram made it easy for us to visit the holy site. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The private car park with security provided peace of mind.

The hotel management needs to work on improving their housekeeping services as we noticed stains on some of the toilet seats and some personal items left behind by previous occupants.
