I recently stayed at a great hotel in Medina, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my experience at Marriott Executive Apartments. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. The direct access to the mall was a huge convenience, especially with the food court and Carrefour right there. The staff, particularly Mr. Ghanim Al-Mohamadi at the front desk and the account manager lady, were so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team was also responsive and kept everything in great condition. the hotel management has done an excellent job maintaining high standards.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable design of the apartments. The location connected to Alrashed mega mall was perfect for shopping and dining options. The bus shuttle to Al-Haram made it easy for us to visit the holy site. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The private car park with security provided peace of mind.

The hotel management needs to work on improving their housekeeping services as we noticed stains on some of the toilet seats and some personal items left behind by previous occupants.
