The lack of room service and no doorbell in the rooms was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a way to request cleaning or avoid disturbances without having to call the reception every time.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Makkah Managed By Accorhotels, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was incredibly neat and clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was just a 10-minute walk to the Haram. To my surprise, the hotel even provided transportation to the Haram before each prayer. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, even helping us with buying extra hours for an early check-in. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
